?What is RTT?

Rapid Transformational Therapy™ founded by Marissa Peer, is a tool used to help people break bad habits, solve emotional issues, increase motivation and overcome fears and phobias among many other things. It can improve a person’s overall mental and physical wellbeing. I use RTT as a guided active meditation that combines the best features of hypnotherapy, Neurological Linguistic Programing (NLP), psychotherapy and cognitive behavior therapy to connect to the subconscious mind. RTT is designed to provide rapid relief and permanent results by creating new neurological connections to achieve extraordinary results. This is a life changing therapy which is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create substantial change in your life while you are in charge of everything.

?How does Rapid Transformation Coaching work?

The client will start by completing a questionnaire where they will identify the issue or problem that they would like to improve. Then, together we will utilize custom tailored techniques that are specific to your individual needs that can guide you to identify the root, cause and purpose for any problems that hold you back. We will tap into the memories of the subconscious mind and recall past events which have made a negative impact so; therefore; you will almost always experience a record-breaking change no matter what problem you may have. I am trained in using these tools in a skilled and professional manner.

?What is Guided Active Meditation?

While experiencing guided active meditation, you are completely awake, alert, relaxed and aware of everything that is happening throughout the session. We allow your subconscious mind to recall information instead of using your logical mind. You have complete control at all times. You talk to me throughout the entire session and you can keep your eyes open or close to suit your comfort level.

?How will I feel during or after a session?

During your session, you will feel relaxed and comfortable. Every session is different & every client experiences this in their own way. You will gain a greater sense of who you truly are and you might leave a session excited and uplifted or reflecting and wonder. After the session, it is common to reflect and discover even more about yourself. Whether you feel excited or reflective, you will always leave with a sense of understanding, freedom & empowerment.

?Am I assured of confidentiality?

All sessions are treated with patient-client privilege. As such, all things discussed, discovered or dealt with remain confidential as long as the client does not disclose any intent to do harm to him/herself or others, in accordance with professional codes of ethics. I will not share any information without the written consent of the client.

?What areas, concerns or problems can be improved by working with Albena?

Anything and everything you desire to improve in your life and career. Enhancing peak performance in sports or in business, anxiety (including exam anxiety and anxiety about standing up in larger gatherings), depression, stress, fear, phobias, guilt, self-esteem problems, rejection, not feeling enough and/or lovable, relationship problems, physical and/or emotional pain, career challenges, money blockages, motivation, concentration and memory problems, weight problems, addictions, organization and time management issues, and many, many more.

?What if I have multiple issues that I want to address?

It is very common for people to have more than one area of concern such as depression & anxiety, low self-esteem, and someone who wants to lose weight. It is important that one problem is addressed within a minimum of a 30 day period. If you want to address multiple issues, you will need to purchase multiple packages to fit your individual needs. Some problems may take up to 3-5 sessions depending on the severity of the problem such as PTSD.

?How quickly can I expect change?

Every person is unique and responds differently. Most people experience an immediate shift after the first coaching session. However, you may experience a combination of various kinds of results.  All are extremely beneficial, and share a unique bond that enables you to see life from a new powerful, productive and positive lense. There are 3 types of change:

Immediate change:  You feel a massive shift right away and experience an immediate change in your physiology, thoughts and behaviors in the very first session.
Incremental change: You see consistent smaller shifts with each day throughout the first month.
Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life. Or when other people notice the changes you have made over time and acknowledge your positive changes.

?Where does it take place?

The coaching sessions are offered through Zoom or Skype from the comfort of your home or wherever is convenient for you. It just requires that you have a strong internet connection.

?How do I start?

Start by booking a Free 15 minute Discovery Call. You will then receive an intake form to be completed and returned by e-mail. The e-mail will provide you with further instructions about booking your date and time. Payment for your selected package must be made in full or be made to the agreed upon payment-plan prior to your first coaching session.
